Option ONE: (Only $50)

One 30 minute Massage or Reiki Session. This may be used for either a relaxing 30 minute massage or a reiki healing session.  The intention is healing, over all relaxation and tension release. The slow rythmic massage is intended to sedate the nervious system and support healthy circulation. This is a purely Therapeutic, non erotic session.

Option TWO: (Only $70)

One Hour Relaxation Massage. The intention is healing, over all relaxation and tension release. The slow rythmic massage is intended to sedate the nervious system and support healthy circulation. A great opportunity for you to take a break from the stress of daily life. Totally relax, let go and drift off into a state of bliss. This session may also be used for energetic healing or a combination of Massage. Reiki, Quantum Touch, Chakra Balancing, Guided meditation, Breathwork and Intuitive Energy Healing. My whole eclectic energetic specialty!!! This is a purely Therapeutic, non-erotic session. 

Option THREE: (Only $100)

90 minutes of Deep Tissue / Myofascial bodywork and / or Relaxation and Energy Healing: This session may take place completely on the table or also may be combined with stretching; starting out on a floor mat with a delightful arrangement of stretches, I will use not only use my hands, but also my elbows, knees and feet for a combination of Shiatsu, Thai, yoga, passive joint, rocking, contact and partner stretching techniques. Then on the table for a very slow, deep pressure fascia and muscle specific massage. This can be very intense, but should not be painful. I use a combination of structural integration, myofascial release and deep tissue muscle manipulation techniques, incorporating movement and postural education. In a session we seek more natural alignment in the joints, increased relaxation of connective tissue, a sense of emotional grounding and expanded balance throughout the body. Your session may also include Reiki, Quantum Touch, Chakra balancing, Meditation or a combination of Massage and Energy work. This is a purely Therapeutic, non-erotic session.
